We continue to investigate an issue affecting access to Open Regulate environments in the CA region.

We are now monitoring an implemented fix for the Open Regulate environments in the US region. Open Regulate environments in the US region should now be accessible (both portal and Workbench), but there may be instances of slowness, particularly in the portals.

We will provide another update by 2:30pm ET at the latest.
