Service has been fully restored for both the Open Regulate Canada portals and Workbench. The incident was caused by authentication tokens that required refreshing, which temporarily prevented portal users from logging in and led to Workbench slowness. Tokens have been updated, and we’re reviewing our token refresh process to help ensure this does not recur.
